i got the red key i think, and the "smash-the-ground" thing. but then it gets too hard, first i got stuck in that hole? i guess i need some other powerup first like jumping-stuff. ok, so i restarted tried some more but it really pisses u off having to do it all over again when u die :( too hard for me, sorry Title: Re: Talyesin Forest Post by: Maikel_Ortega on July 19, 2010, 11:54:45 PM Yes, it's in spanish, sorry! i'm from Argentina  i would try to traduce it these days but you can play it anyway because it's only a platformer, it hasn't a big story... Habrá que echarle un vistazo ;) Descargando. English: I'll give it a go. ;) Downloading. Title: Re: Talyesin Forest Post by: Combuit Interactive on July 20, 2010, 05:44:26 AM Kelkka: in quick play there is no sound, but if you download there is. And yes, it is very hard  :handanykey: but is the only level so i think it has to be like this to finish it otherwise it will be too short.
Maikel: Gracias por probarlo! y por permitirme escribir en castellano jeje Title: Re: Talyesin Forest Post by: Adamski on July 20, 2010, 12:31:48 PM Nice, but in the second screenshot Im not keen on the random bubble thing going on around the pixel-duck type character ;)
Title: Re: Talyesin Forest Post by: kelkka on July 24, 2010, 06:33:26 AM yea, i finished it, i saved all the creatures in the forest , but no, there were no sounds. I downloaded it.

Title: Re: Talyesin Forest Post by: kiwi on July 30, 2010, 09:40:51 AM First of all let me start off by saying gracias porque ha hecho esto juego en espanol y para hacerle freeware.
I hope my Spanish is not too rusty, I used to be pretty fluent, but not having many opportunities to practice it, I forgot most of what I knew. That being said, the jumping animation felt a bit unnatural and I think it's mostly because it gives the impression of a straight line rather than a curve, but I guess solving that right now will break the level design, so I'm not really counting it as a bug. Everything worked on Win 7 btw Title: Re: Talyesin Forest Post by: Combuit Interactive on July 30, 2010, 10:42:44 AM Gracias Kiwi! Tu español es muy bueno, creo que mejor que mi ingles jeje
Thanks for trying it, i'm aware of the unnatural jumping, i'll try to improve it in some other project. This was my first platformer so i have a lot to learn of this genre. |
