Tripping Balls in Ponyland

Tripping Balls in Ponyland is a sequel to Attack of The Heavenly Bats (http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/569390). The name is an intended pun on 'Fear and loathing in Las Vegas' (let me know it this isn't clear enough).

Initial design draft (note: this might change drastically):

Protagonists shoots all possesed weapons with one keypress, regardless whether he likes it or not
To level up, you need to slaughter ponies and lick their strawberry guts off the level walls
You also need to collect coins to buy new weapons
While level upping, you get non-weapon upgrades and upgrade your current weapons

Although the title instantly brings drugs to mind, I haven't thought of 'Fear and Loathing'.

This game will be awesome.

About the title: I totally did NOT get the movie pun at all. Tripping Balls sounds like watching porn while on LSD. Not that there's anything wrong with that! =) Just not appealing to me personally, as it doesn't evoke mental imagery of anything game-like.

How about:

"Strawberry Guts in Ponyland"

for even more super-awesomeness?

Tripping balls sounds like another way to say your "stoned as hell" to me. So I guess I don't know a lot about the different stoned meanings and phases. "Strawberry guts in ponyland" sounds like some noire story about Strawberry Shortcake being maul in ponyland and you play some Carebear Detective trying to get to the bottom of her death.

This somehow sums up my idea :P But still the title is just a title, no? Also, as I said the concept might change drastically, but since ubergore is what I implemented first, it's going to be there for sure.

Anyways, as I said, I just implemented having unbelievable amounts of guts and blood flying around, sticking to level walls. Now i just need some graphics for that and there be screenshots.

Also my bloody classes are named IntestinePropagator (makes the guts fly around), FlyingGut and LyingGut. </useless_info>
