What is Twitter?
Okay for those of you all who do not know, Twitter.com is a popular site that many people describe as a social network of microblogging. Each post has a character limit of about 140 characters, depending on where and how you're posting. Links are now shortened.

If you have a twitter, this will be a great post to follow and be-followed by other game developers.

If you do not have a twitter, simply head on over to www.twitter.com and sign up. I'm sure they will love to have you.

So, besides just posting your twitter link, try to be creative of how you will ask people.

Example

So here is an example of how you can post asking for people to follow you and you will follow them:
-Based on the lyrics of "Call me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jepsen

Rules

1.Please remember to be CREATIVE and not some spammer.
2.Post in this topic linking to your thread under 140 characters
3.Do not only post a link and say follow me, make a haiku, an epic line, pickup line, joke, song, etc, etc.
4.You may use l33t-speak in order to keep character count down
5. You may include up to one image in your post.
6. Although not required, it will be great to show your character count under your quote.
7. You may post as many times as possible, with revisions and new posts, the best/newest one will be chosen for the O.P page.

I think it's supposed to be some sort of stupid forum game. I mean, obviously it's a cunning plan by some guy who wants more followers, dressed up as some sort of stupid forum game.

Twitter is so mainstream, you sheeple can follow @VortexCortex, or join the hipster club on identi.ca, which you've probably never heard of.
