Hey Guys,

I'm just making an introductory post here on the TIGSource forums about my latest game: Twist. This will be the game's official devlog and where I will keep everything up to date. I am also active on IndieDB and so that is also a great place to check out the latest developments on the game.

So, what is Twist? Well Twist is a platforming game based on a little green biological experiment being put through a series of experiments to test his dexterity and physical capabilities. The mechanics of the game are simple, the player runs, jumps, and, well, Twists. He rotates 90 degrees along the Y-Axis either way to navigate the player around the level. I'm aiming for a tough and challenging, yet rewarding game that appeals to an audience of hardcore gamers.

I currently have 4 levels out of the 6 I plan on having for Public Alpha 1. Alpha 1 will be released on 15th September, if possible on Desura, otherwise I will set some sort of download system up for it.

Me once again, I'm just making a little post to announce that my demo will be coming out Wednesday 12th. It has 6 levels and a cool little alpha-tester feature that allows the daring players to change the player's variables and recommend what the best setup is.
