haha, skipped to the end minute or two. createive/creepy mods like that are always neat (reminds me of that one with majora's mask)

A lot of these are kind of lame, though I remember when I was really in to this sort of stuff.

Ghost car in GTA: SA was nice, thou it was a bug.

They put the better ones first, the top 10 was pretty much a joke.  Seriously, an IPS patch?

I've always found these kinds of 'ghost stories'/creepypastas quite interesting, at least the ones that are somewhat well written.

One particular creepypasta that comes to mind is one called Pale Luna, which I read on the SomethingAwful forums a few years back or so. I think it still stands as one of the better written stories, as it's not related to an existing game and doesn't try way too hard to be scary. You know what I mean, those stories that always involve a lot of blood and high-pitched screams. Clichés are fine as long as they're used moderately.

Has anyone played Nanashi No Game (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nanashi_no_Game) for the DS? Horror/adventure game that seems like it was inspired by vidgame creepypastas/urban myths. It's Japan-only but there's a fan translation.

there are ghosts in ghosts 'n' goblins, ghouls 'n' ghosts, and super ghouls 'n' ghosts. thats not spooky, but consider the following: there are no ghosts in the neo geo game "ghost pilots".

I adore this game.  I really wish something similar would come out in North America; playable creepypastas are my favorite kind of thing.

On a similar note, Irisu Syndrome (http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=623495) (WARNING: UNINTENTIONAL NSFW) has one of the most horrifying fourth-wall-breaking moments I have ever experienced.
