Those who bought the PC version of the game on a CD or as a direct download from Shrapnel Games can download the following file to upgrade their copy of the game. Note that you will need to tell the self-extractor the folder where the game (weird.exe) is located. Download the patch: weirdworlds_v130patch.exe (2.7MB) http://www.infinitespacegames.com/download/weirdworlds_v130patch.exe The update swaps Eelmix (Hello!) for OpenAL (Goodbye!), fixes a potential crash bug involving alien fleets without homeworlds (Tchorak, Ravian) and tweaks/brightens up the ship graphics a little to make them more visible.
