Title: Tua: An Axe Throwing Tribute to Irish Mythology
Post by: Henry_Oswald on October 25, 2013, 01:44:48 PM
Here's something I've been putting my time into most recently. Tua be its name, that is unless something else is thought of (I kind of hope that doesn't happen though. I'm pretty happy with my logo at the moment, and that took a nice chunk of time to do gosh darn it!)

Anyway, Tua is a game about lumberjacks and Irish mythology. It's also a proud sponsor of the humble parabola, as I believe ax throwing will be a major theme throughout this endeavor.
I'm not too sure if anyone else in my development team is on this boat with me, so at the moment I'll call this a personal project.

This right here would be our lumberjack fellow, Red Beard Lumbersir. As you may be able to tell, I have no actual name for him yet. I'm also fully aware that he lacks arms and that his head is just one huge red outline., however, please don't mention it to him. His feelings would be crushed.

Anyway, more things as they happen. Wheee!

Slaved over these mushrooms tonight. I plan to finish our friend Redbeard tomorrow. Just had to get away from him for a bit. Delve into the wonders that are fungi.

Anyway, once that's done I'll start coding up a prototype. It's going to be really simple, but it'll be something. Hopefully things will start to piece together from there.
