So, if anyone knows of Spiderweb Software, their old game creator Blades of Exile has been open source for a while now, and there's some development ongoing on it. Basically it's just a way to make Exile-styled games, but people have done some interesting things with it. Anyone remember playing it back in the day or anything?

Of course, if you hate their games with a vengeance that's interesting too :). I won't say it isn't justified in some cases.

Note: This isn't really to announce the game, just to discuss it, so I think it is ok to put it here.

I used to love those games, I remember loving the Exile series, I remember having fun replaying them in Avernum, I remember enjoying Geneforge and the second one, then the excitement of hearing about Avernum 4...

Then I played Avernum 4 *shudder*.
