Beyond-Human is an amazing combination of platformer and hack and slash, set in a futuristic post-apocalyptic world, inspired by Metroid, Megaman and Devil May Cry. Players control Adam, a silent protagonist that wakes up in the year 2099 from a coma and suffers from amnesia. Beyond-Human builds upon the classic open-world Metroidvania style of games by mixing a deep hack and slash combat system and stunning visuals.

I predict I'll be kickstarting another game in my future.  ;D

That's some nice looking combat and art! I wonder if the hero would make more sense with a energy pistol and sword like one in each hand instead? Right now it's not obvious he uses a sword until he whips it out. Maybe have the option to switch between them? Maybe it's just me. Keep at it.

Looks really nice, the spinning jump reminds me of the revenge of shinobi  :ninja:

There are still sprites that are missing his sword and sheath on his waist.

New level design still work in progress but feedback is welcome and my pixel art process for people that are interested.
