Epic Dragons is a free-to-play dragon tower defense game built using Unity for iOS and android devices in which you strategically place dragons and use special abilities in order to stop your enemies.  Here are a few features that make Epic Dragons unique:

1)      The level creator is built into the game and easy to use so that players can create and share levels with the community as well as earn in game currency when other players download their level.
2)      We use animated dragons instead of static towers. Each dragon has a unique look, ability, and personality so this creates a very collectible aspect to the game.
3)      Each level has contains 3 collectibles that you can force your enemies to pick up by blocking their path with dragons and abilities.  This system allows for a lot of replay value and makes every level into a puzzle to solve in order to obtain all 3 collectibles.

Here's a link to the trailer: http://youtu.be/uEKorfMMFY0

Epic Dragons is free-to-play with micro-transactions.  We currently sell in-game currency, level editor skins, and additional level editor functionality for real money. Everything else, including dragons, community levels, and abilities is sold for in-game currency.  In-game currency can be purchased or earned by playing levels and sharing levels with the community. Every time another player another player downloads your level, you receive in-game currency based on how well your level is rated by the community.

Looks nice and cute! Instinctively reminded me of Digimon... Yes Digimon (and my early adolescence with that).  :whome:

Haha, well, that's good I guess. It's something that we want to add the value of the dragon, like it's a collectable thing.

That's a very good idea to make your game quickly addictive, cannot support this enough!  :wizard:

Well your doing a great Job :) I really love the style you've got going for it... The only dragon I'd crit is the red one... he looks a little too much like Barney the dinosaur from the front...

I like the early work on the UI too. it's clear which is the main thing

haha Thanks! I believe it's the angle of the camera, if you look into the other screenshots he won't look that much like barney :)

wow, 5000 is amazing! Do you have any advice in terms of PR/advertising?

We are using a publisher, so they will get their share. But yeah, downloads doesn't mean money. We are at the moment reaching 50.000 downloads, but the money is quite low for now. We hope to get featured soon. We'll see if google cares ;)

I really like the level editor! It's really well done. Did you do it from scratch?

We had to, we wanted to create something that would fit within our ideas, so the coder did it from scratch, and we found the best solution would be for us developers to use the editor to create the game too. So, everything that is in the game was made with that editor.

Your game rocks! I'm hooked since I started playing.
It's much more fun that the very repetitive StarWars TD (aka Galactic Defense) that I was playing just before.
