Wasn't this already released a few months ago?
Anyways, I hope it gets a DVD release as I don't see any other way I can watch it here.

I just don't like all the start up and background process shit that goes with installing Quicktime.

I have the book. It's pretty awesome. And scary, as we were almost going down the same path a few months back.

I'm doing some freelance animation now and the director was saying how much he loved Waltz With Bashir. I had heard some mixed things about it, but the people who love it seem to really love it, so perhaps I'll see it after all.

Can't go wrong if the Persepolis fans are into it. That's one of the best movies I saw last year.

Waltz with Bashir is one of the best films I have seen in the cinema since hmmmmm... There will be blood I guess.

It is VERY good and deeply afecting.
Haven't seen Persepolis but I read the graphic novel which is just sublime.

I've been wanting to see this after there was a radio story about it, but I forgot the name. glad this thread popped up, cause I've got some movie hunting to do.

I've read both Persepolis books, but I haven't seen the movie yet- really want to, though! Waltz With Bashir also looks incredible, but is probably not going to come to my little town. Come on, DVD!

The Persepolis books are great, as is the movie. The movie is really very true to the book, even using a lot of the same dialogue. Waltz with Bashir looks really cool, but I probably won't be able to see it until it comes out on DVD.

Just saw this.  The quality of the animation bothered me at the start, but I was completely absorbed a short while in ... it's quite a story!

Incredible, that's the only word to describe it. And being honest, that part at the end made me cry

Whoa, I just read the graphic novel of this in Chapters the other day. I wasn't aware that it was a movie. Awesome!

It was a great story, too.

Incredibleness abounds in this movie.

that part at the end made me cry
Almost made me cry, which is a feat indeed for a movie to accomplish. Almost.
