Title: Desura: New Digital Distribution Site from the ModDB Team Post by: GregWS on December 16, 2009, 01:32:31 PM OK, so this is rather big news: the team at ModDB has created a new digital distribution channel called Desura. The very big thing to note about this is that they're creating it as a community, not just a storefront...I think it's fairly easy to see how that could lead to greater exposure for those that deserve it.

User made content There are plenty of great free mods and user made addons out there for games, which few know about and even fewer can install. Moddb is a succesful site for the hardcore gamers audience. This could become big.
