Title: Megabank Executive Humiliation Challenge Post by: godatplay on December 17, 2009, 10:49:00 AM (http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2554/4191687982_4ba9802cdf.jpg) (http://www.flickr.com/photos/godatplay/4191687982/)
I'm just finishing up a new game, MEHC. You shoot bank executives out of a cannon into various painful and humiliating obstacles in an effort to get money to get more expensive ones. Their cost is based on executive pay over the years, such that a Fortune 500 CEO from 1980 is cheaper than a Top 20 Financial Bailout CEO from 2008. Trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3u-y9uf4op0 In terms of gameplay, it’s a 3d, physics-y, psuedo-pixel-art cannon-shooting game with a strategic probability management element. Based on tester feedback, it seems to be pretty addictive, too. I guess it's sort of a personal expression of my frustration about the current state of the US and capitalism in general... Hope you get it sponsored, and judging from your blog at least, I'm guessing you'll be sending this off to blurst once you do?

I for one am looking forward to playing it. Title: Re: Megabank Executive Humiliation Challenge Post by: godatplay on December 17, 2009, 03:15:42 PM Thanks guys. I've had a couple ideas for games that put a snarky spin on otherwise somewhat cliché genres. This is the first.
Hopefully it'll be out there soon. Title: Re: Megabank Executive Humiliation Challenge Post by: knight on December 20, 2009, 04:07:02 PM Amazing, hopefully it will be out soon.
