superb joe, are the allegations true that the 'b' appended to your name is short for "beasty"?

can you totally bench press more than me? (i doubt it)

are art baguettes delicious, or simply too fruity?

Guitar Wolf overdoes things, but I pretend they're serious anywho. They rock so hard.

when i'm on my own computer i'll have to go to the bandcamp page. I'm downloading the free version in the meantime, my friend is in dire need of awesome lo-fi music.

we still need to do that collaborative drone album sometime.  Smiley

Play games by Tomomi Sakae, namely Mr. Gimmick and Trip World. Those titles have superb enemy ai, and further -- for me at least -- the sense of connectedness to their worlds.

i doubt it will happen, but i'll laugh my ass off it this reaches said two hundred pages.

paul: we're all just terrible, terrible people.

programming ai for these sort of things is a bitch, though.

this looks pretty cool guys, i'll make sure to tear apart your card system once you release more info.

I might get around to posting some of them, but there's one in particular I'm kinda holding close to my chest. I'll have to bust that baby out of storage pretty soon.
330  Player / General / Re: Do you smoke? on: January 31, 2011, 07:37:45 AM
I smoke pot, and quite enjoy it.

This is only done in weekends, and after two years of smoking I have never felt any cravings for weed during weekdays.

Although I am kind of starting to wonder if it's really worth spending the money on. It's not as much fun as it used to be.

take a break man, once your tolerance goes down you'll get super baked. and, uh, who exactly are you man? you're level 10 but i swear i haven't seen you before.

and yeah, hookah's are great.

thecatimites, creator of space funeral, has tons of endearing adventure games on his site:

they feature stop-motion animation and legos, among other things.

jasper:  Kiss

paul: eh, i'm pretty lazy myself. i write like 3/4ths of a review and don't follow up on it for some reason -- i have like 8 of these. i didn't get to make my 'top 5 of the year' post because my treatise on ikiki isn't finished. but i'm a subhuman art baguette so icybalm should really step it up.

well this thread has definitely tapered off lately.

in an effort to further discussion, i propose the following argument:

i think my smoking is a passive form of self-loathing. it's either that or i've been reading far too much pictures for sad children lately.
336  Player / General / Things that REALLY rock on: January 31, 2011, 01:16:10 AM
Suddenly realizing that the girl I crushed over so badly in high school is actually really into me.  Wink

smoking sucks, but my last cigarette was particularly awesome. hookahs rock too.

Also, every teacher's lounge has a secret trapdoor/sex dungeon. True story. Thank the teachers' unions.

aw shit, the secrets out then.

best way to quit smoking? cheap, terrible korean cigarettes. I'm two packs deep into them -- hopefully I'll develop a pavlovian response to the point I associate their disgustingness with smoking.

I'll probably use snus to taper off eventually.
