Ya. Of course, in order for it to not be hells of weird you need at least one woman organizer, preferably more. Organizing this kinda thing also requires you be in a place with people.

of course what you really can do is to invite more women-who-want-to-make-games-but-think-they're-too-bad-to-do-it to actually make them!! We have a lot of incubators poppin' up (sort of game making crash courses) here in Montreal and two women of games in my very fancy game-making group decided to organize one for women only! That's pretty sweet. here is their website if you are a lurker interested in this kinda cool stuff!!! I can put you into contact with at least one of the organizers if need be... I will do anything for games
make jams and invite a buncha women to them hm thats always a idea huh!! like what the OP of the other topic said he did... if you can find a location and you are in a city a jam should be otherwise pretty easy to do because even the Monster King organized one!!
