Hi Colton - I saw that, but I was wondering a little about the fiction of the world, the story (if there is one) / environment and so on...
I really like the use of colour!

If they actually were a 'joke', the rape / murder quips were in incredibly poor fucking taste... C'mon TIGs, let's have a little class.

I keep rebooting my palettes, meaning a massive colour conversion for all sprite sheets / tiles each time. Why can't I get it right from the off?

Wow this is super ambitious, and I wish you all the luck in the world with it!
I'd like to see the greys appearing less 'pure' - I know it fits with the Ultima vibe, but I'd prefer to see a little colour theory applied (maybe a tint to the grey, or bluish shadows, or yellowish highlights perhaps?)

Not only is Deadly Premonition not 'so bad it's good', it's one of the greatest works of this generation, trailing just a tad behind Demon's Souls.
Only thing Jim Sterling ever got spot on!

I really like the sound of this man. I'm interested in games where you have differing abilities at different times, and it's something I've attempted with my latest game. I like the way you've chosen to approach it.
Will check it out when I'm next on Windows!

Interesting - could you tell us a little more about the project? The art looks nice, but I have no idea what the game is about...

I can't tell any of these 'humans' apart (or are they all just Tony Zirbas?) Anyway, if the next stage of evolution is total homogeny (and male only), I'll glady remain subhuman.
Seriously though, they are making a fundamental error in thinking that we all share opinions here - that may be true on their site (as it's not possible to not share an opinion and remain unbanned.) We are a disparate group, interested in games made by smaller teams, that is all that ties us together. I think it's a mistake to consider TIGs an analogue of the way things work over there.
Looking forward to page 300!

Thanks for the info man, I should have checked the links!
If a solid .swf exporter becomes available I think it's something I'd use a lot. This is just because I'm primarily a flash dev, but I do think that HTML5 is gathering momentum. For now though, there really isn't an equivalent sponsor market / series of portals for HTML5 games, as far as I can see.
Anyway, I really fancy a tool which takes a lot of the headache out of making Flash games, haven't yet tried Stencyl, but I'll now also be keeping a close eye on developments here...
