Looks quite nice, in a mildly insane sort of way. What sort of gameplay will it have?

The backgrounds seemed a bit monotonous, so I added in these large opaque bits:

Thoughts? I feel like the background needs something more, but I'm not sure if this is it.

good luck! I like how it looks so far.
Thanks, I'm working on making it look even better.

Looks kind of Gameboy Colour-ish. I like it. What are you making it in?
It's made with Game Maker. I just happen to have swiped the C64 palette.

Working to make the game look a bit nicer, adding the last few puzzles.

This sounds like fun. I think the ability to choose player color would be nice.

I'm working on a puzzle platformer game. It is a vastly expanded remake of one my made a few years ago.

The game done to the point that I could release it, but it needs a lot of polish, more varied gameplay, and probably more content before that happens.

Nice animations, though the walking is a bit awkward, as is the blob. Anyway, looks/sounds like a fun game.

After a very long delay, the game is finished: http://gamejolt.com/games/platformer/mega-grape-adventures/11205/

Thanks to Udderdude and eyeliner for testing.

Got inspired to do some mockups:

different sodas should give you different time-limited abilities.

I've sent links to the alpha to those who expressed interest and finished a sixth new stage, provided one has a loose enough definition of finish.

I'll send out alpha builds to those interested in testing (level select issues are causing a delay, sorry for that.) Until then, enjoy this picture of the second new stage:

Currently done:
-Five of the new stages
-Three of the characters
-Some interface stuff

NOW DONE: http://gamejolt.com/imgserver/screenshot-thumbnail/898x1000/18332.jpg

So a while back I made a kind of mediocre game called Super Grape Adventures (http://gamejolt.com/freeware/games/platformer/super-grape-adventures/5540/).
I decided to do a new, massively improved version, which then mutated into an entirely new game:

This new game will feature:
-Improved graphics
-More varied gameplay
-Multiple playable characters (each with their own attributes)
-Eight new levels
-Eight refurbished levels
-A non-horrible camera set up
-Other cool and amazing things I cannot currently think of

The first new level:

It's teetering towards completion, and I'm interested in alpha testers and any ideas you happen to have. I will likely have a public alpha soon, but if you want to test it now just let me know.
