A really, really excellent and underrated game. I only played it in the last year or so after reading that it was Adam Cadre's favourite. I can see why he likes it.

Hah, I thought that was going to be a link to TIGSaga I'm putting together a wiki for the open sequel, "TIGStory" as we speak.

And Indie Brawl... yeah, I'm afraid I had to put that on the backburner I've got the engine basically ready (was using it for another game, in fact), but I've got too much on at the moment to dedicate any time to it right now. I'm thinking start of February I might have a little free time though. If that's too far away, then I don't mind if someone else wants to volunteer to code it...

Apparently Derek's off to Australia or something, and he's asked me to take care of things with this contest. So I'm going to run a forum poll for the next week to decide on a winner! Like with the B-Games contest, you can choose up to three games.

There are ten entries in total, please play all of them before you vote! Authors are free to vote for their own game if they wish.

In grand IF tradition, we'll also be holding a Miss Congeniality contest! Everyone who completed an entry for the contest may PM me with a vote for three games (in this case, excluding their own) before next week. This is totally optional. How to play these games:

To play these games, you'll need to download an interpreter for each format. I recommend the following:

• Inform: For windows, try WinFrotz . For Macs, try Zoom.
• Tads 3: For windows, try the TADS3 Player Kit. For Macs, try Spatterlight.
• Alan: For windows and Mac, try ALAN V3.

Alternatively, there are a few multiformat players available. For windows, try Gargoyle (WARNING: It's a nice player, but it messes up the colours and formatting in some games). For Macs, try Spatterlight.

Here you go: Give the medallion to the blacksmith, head north until you're captured, get the blood, head south to get your sword, and then just head north.

Huh. That's a shame - it looks like the Japanese site it was on is down. And I can't find any other links to it.

Fortunately, I still have the game installed on my laptop, so I deleted my save and zipped it up:
