Would David Bowie's sentient crotch be watching? Through the window from the bushes? Or would it be perched in the corner by the ceiling, to hiss at you when you steal a glance.

indeed, his genitalia is the only one that will get a thread on something respectable. I applaud that gentleman. So, when do we get a rock 'n' cock discussion going?

NWOGBBV at first i was hoping that you wouldnt add color, because i like the blacknwhite. but now i must confess that you did a really good job with the colors
I tried to keep gaps between colours wherever possible to retain the old 8-bit computer look that I am really fond of. I did think of colouring all the white to green for a Microbee look but that MSX palette was just too sexy to pass up. And how many people outside of Australia know what a Microbee is (how many people in Australia know what a Microbee is these days anyway. Yeah, thought so)? I've now extended the character set so I can have more stuff.

I could probably get the proportions of things correct if I was working at a size greater than 16x16 but that would mean working at a size greater than 16x16. It's much better than the hexagram though. And yes, that is a cat statue. EDIT: Added colour and a few more tiles.

True Norwegian Black Metal, the book I ordered on the twenty fourth finally came in the mail. I've only looked at a few of the photos inside and I can deduce from that that it's a work of high quality. Now I need a coffee table to place it on because I haven't a shelf tall enough to store it.

I've got an LCD that is in lovely widescreen and it has a 2ms response time. It is hugely sexy but still, CRT wins out. For the reason Lurk posted.
Still, 2ms response time, you can't shit on that. It's edging really close to betterer.

The Christmas presents just keep coming. Delivered today was Portrait's album. Portrait really sound like Mercyful Fate if they were British. They even have a vocalist who tries to sound like King Diamond though he can't really match the king and comes off a bit weak to be honest. But man, one listen and any other throwback band that has come along in recent years instantly become negligible.

Manowar, from Battle Hymns to Gods Of War. Right now I'm spinning The Triumph Of Steel but since my day is so busy I'll have to take a break somewhere so I won't reach the end of their discography until tomorrow.
