Two post Reverend Bizarre bands, Lord Vicar and The Puritan. Very true, doesn't stray from the path. First band sounds like the Rev colliding with Count Raven which make sense considering whilst the second band sounds like a slower(!) and less rock and roll Rev. And if those guitars aren't half black metal I don't know what is.

Fukn' Ancient Empires. And all the other Super Solvers games but that one most of all.

EDIT: I suppose Carmageddon 2 as well since it educates on the effect a three-way crash has on a car chassis but that's probably not what this thread's about.

And that's a wrap.

New build. We're getting close to the end now. The next build will be the final version regardless of the condition it's in. There's now voices which explains the jump in file size if you were looking at that and wondering.

Well, at least the rating reflects the artwork.

Helvetets Port - Lightning Rod Avenger.

My personal favourite of the current crop of old Swedish metal. This is a really really good video. Stylistically it's perfect, it doesn't only look like something from the eighties it's actually something that could have been aired on television in the eighties. Usually videos done in this style are a little bit "knowing" but that's not really the case here (well, maybe the sneaky Heavy Load insert is a bit).  The song itself ain't so bad either, I feel that it's better fare than some bands entire albums. It seems if you want metal you really do have to go to hell.

Stainless Steel - The Warrior.

Belgian Judas Priest.

i invariably end up cracking cd cases when i open them sans sharp objects. i try ripping off the security tape without messing up the case but lo and behold it happens. don't look at me like that, i'm not that impatient.
I always end up purposely breaking off at least one of the little teeth in the spindle when I get a new CD out. Those little buggers just don't want to let go sometimes, it's always a battle to see if you can get the CD out before it bends too much and snaps. Maybe I should start downloading albums I buy so I won't have to worry myself sick with all that business. It's going to go onto my player anyway.

Worse is getting a CD and seeing the line of that flimsy security tape along the top which is almost impossible to tear off in one piece. Battling with the shrink-wrap when you don't have scissors or a blade handy is bad enough.

New build. Games speeds are the focus in this version. I've also sent out a call for voice work in the collaboration thread but it can't hurt to repeat myself here.

I need someone with a microphone to record some lines for my fencing game in the corniest French accent that they can manage. Private message and I'll give the specifics.

It's (un)official, you can now play a functional implementation of DooM on pretty much everything.

Vice - Two Wheel Thunder.

Look at that logo man, that's pretty boss. It looks like something you'd paint on the back of your jacket even if you don't like the band.

"This next song, is about shooting blood out of your cock". Live Cannibalism is the only album of theirs that I'll still listen to because I don't got Bloodthirst no more. That one was a high point for them but this is probably the only album I'll ever need, the live setting was always the best way to experience Cannibal Corpse. They shoulda recorded all their albums like this.

It better be a giraffe, that is the only thing that you are allowed to have as an avatar.

New build. Oh look, background animation! I haven't done a thing with the swords but I think the shadows will work as a good indication of where they are but I still might be able to add an effect onto them if I can stop slacking. It still needs sound but I guess you can just make up your own with your voice. *swish* *ting* *step step step* "You fight like a cow!"

That Türbo Bröther is going on about Slaughter again, let's draw the curtains and pretend we're not home.

My Nocturnal Karnage tape came in the mail with my shirt and patch. Side A is the Nocturnal Hell 7" (with F.O.D!) and Side B is the Bloody Karnage demo which has a song of theirs I haven't heard yet. I can't get enough of this band.
