and, this: ...Not since I beat the slightly disappointing, overhyped, underwhelming Zelda:TTP. Not that it was bad by any stretch of the imagination. But it was average in all areas.
...is interesting. curious - why did you play all the way through such a long game if it were so average and underwhelming? i've yet to open my copy - so i was curious as to what compelled you to play through it when you felt as you did toward it. was it simply a matter of the "legend of zelda obligation"? It was such a flat experience. And honestly, it wasn't as long as I'd expected it to be. I beat it 100% at around 45-49 hours, not the promised 70+. The characters were pretty underdeveloped, especially when compared to Wind Waker and Majora's Mask. Another comparison to those two games where TTP fell short: the game lacked stuff. Not enough sidequests, the minigames were pretty boring, and the final dungeon+boss was too easy. The whole game in general was too easy. There were only a few challenges in the whole thing, and they weren't very rewarding. That's another thing: none of the few sidequests were very rewarding. That's another thing: most of the dungeons gave very specific items that you probably don't ever use outside of the dungeons you got them in. That's another thing: there were parts in the trailer that I was looking forward to that weren't in the game. (I know it's like that with alot of games, but when I beat the thing and realized it was over I was like "that was it?") That's another thing: ... Nah, just kidding. That just about covers everything. The story was cool. Unlike fish, I didn't think the graphic style was too bad...Infakt, I sorta liked the way they blended WW and OOT styles. But again, it was only average. I've got nothing against average games, but when ever review gives it 9s and 10s, I expect a 9 or 10 game, not a 7. [/IMHO]

I am addicted to Pokèmon Diamond. And also, Mono never gets old. Haven't played a console title in [what feels like] ages. Not since I beat the slightly disappointing, overhyped, underwhelming Zelda:TTP. Not that it was bad by any stretch of the imagination. But it was average in all areas. No matter, that was a while ago.
For now, it is Pokèmon Diamond.

Eh? "I don't really like making games, but I want to make them anyway..."? Umm...That is so not indie Or is it half-indie? But wait, "I don't like the process of making games, but I have ideas for games that must be executed anyway, therefore I must go through the process, whether I like it or not, just so I can entruthen my vision solely to create another good game!!!" That is so indie. Haha, I have no idea what I'm talking about right now. Eyes leaden with lead 'n shit. G'night.

Oooh, nice, Pigbustah. A suggestion, if I may; Have a little 1px fringe of orange and red on the very bottom of the dude. You know how embers look with all those firey red lines and paper when it burns at the edges? I think that'd be a neat touch.
And yeah, slowing a bit would be cool. I think that, by the end, he should be just a black mass of charred nastiness in the shape of a person before he sinks for good.

Starfox and Starfox 64: Getting through all the warp gates. I dunno but, to me, that is like, hard to near impossible. Maybe I'm just unskilled, though.

Mad: Well, excuuuuse me, princess. I thought you were saying you also posted him because Aztecs get no love either. I mean, you were still talking about him and then just ended with "And because the Aztecs get no love either..." So I assumed you were still talking about him. I wasn't like, insulting your integrity or anything, Mr. Garden, if that's how you took it.

He does not jump nearly high enough. Not to me at least. I agree with Loover, at first it seemed kinda easy, but then after a second there were little things that made me die and go WTF? Like when you smack an enemy and it lands on you...? Yeah, that is really annoying. Maybe make it bump you back a bit, but once you hit an enemy and it's pretty much dead, it shouldn't still be able to kill you.
Other than the jumping and whatnot, though, yes, this is very fun.
