Yeah, jesus guys. There was a time when nobody at TIGF even mentioned any of these things. 4chan, rule 34, Godwins law, none of them were even brought up. And I want to keep it that way.
If you want to post about the LHC, feel free. If not, shut up.
It's the LHC. It's warping reality.

I waited three minutes just staring at it, thinking it was an animated gif.

That looks like an A for Airship to me.
Airship 2600 and Polybius are two sides of the same medal. PHILOSOPHICAL!!

Polybius is currently located in the city of Atlantis, feel free to search for it there.

Anyone ever have a gander at Clean games library?. It's a very curious gamesmaker-style thing, that uses a functional language. I haven't looked too closely at it yet, but it's certainly a novelty. (I came across it while reading the thesis of the dude who did the Haskell quake engine implementation, Frag). Either I've seen this library before, or Charlie the Duck has been made in a lot of languages/libraries.

I think there is a counterargument to the whole "it happens all the time" thing, being that it does indeed happen all the time, but under completely different conditions. So while it did indeed already happen, it could only be of catastrophic consequences in the Collider. Personally, I don't think anything will happen though. Neither positive nor negative. The "We are all going to die" side has a pretty good argument, though.

Isn't the Xbox even cheaper than the Wii by now? Or is that just in Germany?

Haha, just read a good one I haven't seen before. I mean, everyone probably read the numerous (and repetitive) doomsday scenarios and all the numerous (and just as repetitive) answers on why it won't happen.
What strikes me as incredibly funny though is that German guy who predicts Earth will be eaten by a slowly growing Black Hole in a 4-year span. 2008 + 4 = 2012
All the doomsday theories are slowly falling into place :D

If you haven't been convinced yet, in the civilization phase, you can add a tophat and dapper mustache to your creature to show just how civilized you are. With a bit of fantasy, the "metal cap" you get in Space can pass as a monocle.

OK, I'm giving up. You guys don't really read my posts anyway, so I'll just save myself the effort. I got a game to play, anyway

That's something I've been meaning to ask anyway.
After you play through the game, do you keep your upgrades and then just can redo any level to look for the stuff? Or are your levels basically reset to what they should've been on that levels?

I'm sorry I expected some sort of "game" from a game.
Where I come from a sandbox game is considered a game, too.
