Much more distinctive and fitting than your last design.

really nice job with the rocks. I kinda agree. xD; In any case, I could use the old twirl for something else, like the starting frames of a tornado attack as ETG suggested. Let's try combining the two: I think that works, besides how the foot shifts instead of acting as a pivot point. also i guess mine still looks worse, because changing the positions ruined the line of action. panache x wonderbros is my otp mine too

I don't usually like dithering on sprites, but I must admit, it works great with your style. ^_^ Keep at it! I'm not sure if these attack animations have enough "punch" to them... I'm also trying to think of two or three new animations so that I can get a combo attack going. Maybe on the first, you can add more sense of weight to her body as she swings it, so it actually seems like her hair can pack a punch. There isn't much arching forward so it just looks like she's twirling rather than trying to smack away the stigmata associated with Sonic fangames.

It's the bottom part of the hoodie. I really could have done that better but it was bit weird because of the crossover in colors and the actual design.

If there's any real reason to love him, it's that he animated Ratigan. In any case, I was actually off-put because Don Bluth was involved in that Kickstarter.
