it's also called "sunlight" sometimes, it simulates light coming from an angle. And don't forget the associated shadows otherwise it's not worth it. I don't how it's called in unity

also those hills look like crap, make them better, use more polygons.

you can always count on eres for the very edge cutting piece of advice

- The press is looking for a story. A hook. "We're working on a game, it's coming out eventually and features gameplay" is not a good story. Journalist are interested in the human element, in something unique, in something that inspires emotion. Especially so with indie games. I think you would have a larger chance of getting covered, if you told how the two of you actually set up a studio to work on your dream game.
That's the problem IMO, that's how you end up reading stories about hipster drama queens and art school rejects doing papier mache games all day long

As for your game Anty, it looks well done but it doesn't look very original and doesn't really keep my attention in the sea of medieval monster bashers. Also it seems that it will be a F2P, so you're mostly on your own for marketing.
F2Ps have a reputation of exploitative money-making games and the indie press doesn't really like them

-Hydorah
-Akuchizoku

Hydorah has a difficulty curve problem, level 2 is too long, once you get past it, it becomes a lot better

no, there are a lot of repeting elements like the wrapping, wood, etc. that can be shared with a bit of overhead.
The only unique texture elements on all these weapons are the blades on the axe and the sword.
And even for these you could find a way to be clever and cheap
