@dumbmanex: Thanks! Some of it was for school projects and then some of it was just for fun and practice. I've just started working in 3D, so I've been practicing quite a bit. Also, Hempuli, that stuff looks awesome. I really like the top one a lot.

I bought it and played it for a few hours, did the single player (couldn't get online and read that a lot of people are having that problem, too ) and I really enjoyed it for the most part. I got to a certain chapter and I must have played it an hour and neither side was winning. Nobody would go for the princess, they would only go for the outposts. And its hard to get the princess yourself.

Yeah, I'm using a Genius tablet. The pen is absolutely horrible. I'm hoping it will die soon so I can get a Wacom.
Haa, I like the pen on mine (Genius G-Pen somethin or other). I never used a wacom though. how do they compare? That's from a Bamboo Fun. See how the bottom half is rubberized? I get so many finger-aches from my hand sliding down the pen till it's pushing against the tablet's surface. (I have sorta sweaty hands when it comes to writing. ) Plus the Genius pen has an annoying shirt-clip which always gets in the way. But the tablet itself is also pretty crappy. In Gimp 2.6, it feels like it only has 8 pressure sensitivity levels. It's such a pain to do good shading. Yeah, the little shirt clip on the Genius pen is just...why is it there. I found that my Genius tablet worked better with XP than Vista. With Vista, some of the controls just don't work as well.

I think the innovation is impressive, but, it just seems to have little to no use sometimes. I remember when I got my Wii I was really impressed with it, especially playing things that made a good use of the hardware (Super Mario Galaxy, No More Heroes, and Twilight Princess to name a few), but it just lost its novelty rather quickly and I craved more games that focused on...being good and not just overusing the peripherals. Watching E3, I was impressed with Natal and Sony's motion controller, but, its pretty hard to put the innovation into a REALLY superb game. It will probably end up losing novelty quickly unless they really incorporate the 'casual' aspect into it so more people use it.
