Art game is fine. It might not be perfect, but most people get what you mean when you say that. Few will get it in the bad sense, but that's most likely 'cause a bad predisposition from them. You could use some less recognizable and equally vague name, like "conceptual games", but that just doesn't works. You can call them artsy games, but that sound despective.

Dinosaur Comics. Everything else pales in comparison. But Toothpaste for Dinner and Married to the Sea are good. I used to read Order of the Stick, until it became boring and overloaded with text.

Hey, just saw Diablo II appears both as "Diablo 2" with 32 and "Diablo II" with 70. It is in a tie with La Mulana. That means I have a new big dissagreement with the list!
Also Liero is in a tie with Mighty Jill Off, but only Liero appears, without the "(T)".

About Chrono Trigger, I don't find the story interesting at all, most combats seem boring. And the time travelling stuff is crappy. Just look at the alternate endings. What went wrong here? What the hell is GoW doing here? [100]Shadow of the Colossus [100]Gears of War
IM SO MAINTREEEEEEEM!
edit- [20] Timesplitters 2!!! GoW is a one man entry. :D

I wish I could play SotC.
There are just a few things I'd like to see in other places. Yoshi's Island could be higher. A Link to the Past was okay, but that's it. I really dislike Chrono Trigger. Cave Story should rank that high.

If you were to go back when you were in the 8-16 year old age range what would you have designed if you had capable game creation tools? I don't know, I still haven't any of those . But I'd have done platformers and FPS, with awesome(not) levels of tackyness and cheesiness.

1. What genres of games do you prefer to play? 2. Why do you like to play those games? 3. How does playing them make you feel? 4. What should games do more of or have more of? 5. In your opinion, what would the perfect game be like? 6. Choose a word to describe you as a gamer... Explain why. 1. Anything, mostly adventure games, 4x, FPSs(or some action filled quick games), tactical or strategy games, some sandbox, and roguelikes. I never play JRPGs(there are a few exceptions), sports or car games. 2. Adventure games, nice plots, some, preferably small, challenge. 4x, tactics and strategy, I like complexity, and the strategic elements. FPSs, they are exciting. Sandbox, depends on which, but usually open gameplay is nice. Roguelikes, ASCII, difficulty and instadeath. 3. Depends on which, but I usually can get really inmersed inmore action based games, and a bit obsessed with others, or meditative. Ultimately, I'm all for the sensation of beating a games, so I have problems with some open-ended games. 4. Feeling. Most games have no feeling to them, at least that reaches the player. Sometimes I get the impression games got too easy. Also they take themselves too seriously. 5. I don't know. Depends of the day, depends of what I want at the moment. Dwarf Fortress 1.0 maybe :D 6. Theorist. I spend as much time, reading or talking about games as playing them, or more. I like to analyse and criticize them, sometimes I over-analyse them. Retro also fits kinda well. I am trapped in the charm of the old times, with a feeling that the 85-94 era is long gone and not coming back. I love how thay where not self-explicative, but hard and non-standarized.

I got to mention Assasin's Creed. It is incredibly repetitive, looks like if it had just ine escenario, and has boring unskippable cutscenes. And the worst, before hating it, I actually thought it was good. I just remembered Eternal Champions. It was absurdly hard and unbalanced. Most characters where boring. And it was impossible to do special moves.
I thought Eternal Champions was great, especially the Sega CD version. Maybe you should watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=erKpPsJR7iQAnd how can a game where you can play as a caveman, vampire, cyborg, pirate, politican, chicken, owl, snake, dog or monkey be said to have boring characters? The fatalities ain't bad, but don't make it up for the crappy gameplay. And the characters, none of them had anything special to them, something to make them real good.

I haven't played it yet. The demo's installer is all question marks, and does nothing.
