Mother 3
It's my first in the Mother series, it's ok I guess, but either I really suck at the rhythm attack system, or it's broken.

I get 90% of my ideas when I am either in the shower or on the toilet. You should get one of these: Who knows what wonders you might be inspired to create while seated upon such a contraption. My mind just imploded

That's looking better! The outline looks kinda scrappy though.
Yeah, I kind of rushed it, never been too good with them pixels The only problem with this pallete is that the "shiny" parts in his hat and knees kind of don't match.
Yeah, you're probably right about that, reverted it back to white/grey About the mask, I'm not really sure how his mask is, so I didn't try anything

Added gloves, barely noticeable longer hair, removed the smile and changed the colors. At least the gloves I think it looks better, and he indeed does wear them in the Art of Theft.

Wikipedia says he was racist and anti-semetic, so I wouldn't put homophobia past him.
Yeah, but back then the word queer or gay wasn't really connected to homosexuality, I'm pretty sure he didn't mean it in that way

I've read Lovecraft's The Call Of Cthulhu and he uses the word queer a lot, and either Lovecraft is a huge homophobe or he means queer in another way, as in strange or different.
So, to clear this up, don't go making a YMCA game :D

Sure is GOD HAND around here
Haven't played it, though I realize that this is not a very original idea. Yeah, even Devil May Cry 4 uses that as a premise, and I'm pretty sure a lot more games have picked that up on it. But don't get discouraged, I didn't mean it in a bad way

I agree with rinkuhero, in this kind of atmospheric game there shouldn't really be any chat, it kind of ruins the environment.

Well the thing is, money that doesn't/wasn't supposed to exist controls the world. It's all made up in thin air by banking systems and now it reached his theoretical breakpoint as we all know. I'm sorry, but this monetary system indeed doesn't work

I really liked the first one, and I saw this one the other day, and well, they explained this money issue in the first but now they dug it up again to introduce this "Venus Project" utopia. Not quite sure what to make of it, but what I really love about these movies is that it makes you think, and I've been thinking a lot about it these last few days, and I'm not really sure humanity is ready for this kind of thing, I mean, they talk like energy independence would solve all of mankind's problems. And the other issue I'm really skeptical about is human motivation, they were really vain and quick explaining it, I didn't quite agree with it, if human's lay around doing nothing, why would one want to go to school, or go to work? If everyone has all the resources available, why would we want to continue to contribute positively to society? There would be no scientific progress because there would be few scientists working, and if no one is working, who the hell is harvesting and planting fruits and food and whatever? They didn't really explain it well, either that or I misunderstood.
But the bottom line is, if you didn't watch it, do it, at least the first one as top priority, it's really a good one. I can't stress this enough, seriously watch it. It's full on google video "Zeitgeist The Movie" and "Zeitgeist: Addendum".
