Those are really really awesome Eclipse. They have a definite style, and the blast from the ship looks realistic while at the same time blending in with the pixel art.

I would run your scream through something to make it sound more digitized, of course.
I would also see if Yama can give an option to turn off just the scream, I know I probably wouldn't want to have a constant sound playing throughout the entire game.

Pretty creepy already. I think the background that it is against will effect it's creepiness significantly. A darker one that it blends into would be good.

All of those s's are too sharp and jagged.


I'll also modify the x to be the same width as the s so that it feels more symmetrical.
