Very nice video. i want to play this game 

Whoa it's like Progress Quest on steroids ^^ The editable files are also a big plus. 
(and since you're using my olskool power meters, i like your game even more  )

I really like this game! Good overall aesthetics and gameplay. The upgrade system is good: you get tougher but also bigger, hence easier to hit.

I'm currently writing an article about assemblee for my french webzine, and this game will be in!

I added more buttons and power meters! (The white cursor would be better on a dark background of course.)

I find that the music goes pretty well with the tiles/world you've created. The music is peaceful even if it's a bit generic. I could see myself playing that game!

The enemy animation is very nice but I feel that the smoke cloud on landing is a bit "strong".

It always saddens me when this thread gets longer.

The good thing about unfinished projects is that you really analyze what went wrong in your game/organization/motivation. When I finish a project I tend to dump it in a directory and move to another thing. Failure feeds improvement.

But yeah there are plenty of unfinished games here that I'd like to play.. I promise when I get better at making games I'll finish Ohio Cyber Patrol

We made a team with friends and I was the one to do the art. The game was a pacman-like, where you could play a pacman or a bomberman. Unfortunately we were stuck into analysis paralysis... we released more and more documents and pages on the wiki, Processing prototypes... but no game :D

Ohio Cyber Patrol
I really want to finish this game one day... I made it during a local game compo (15 days to find a concept, code a game, make the assets,... in solo).
But the deadline was nearing and I didn't have a polished gameplay. So the game turned into a pointless luck game with tons of bugs. But the screenshots are pretty to look at:

Music question: Is there a format restriction for music files? Can I post .MOD or .XM files instead of huuuuge MP3s ?

When I'm not typing on the computer, my fingers are resting on the q,w,e,r keys. Why ? They were the shortcut keys I used the most... in Diablo 2  (I played Diablo 2 for 7 years straight, I consider myself as the biggest D2 single player in the world)

Excited for D3?

I too loved D2.  My current screen name came from the screen name I made up in Grade 8 for D2.

D3 seems awesome graphically ! I hope they'll put more items and more sophisticated means to customize items. I'm already saving up for a new PC :D

Thanks a lot Rinku for sharing your work, even if you feel it's incomplete. I think it's a great resource. Ppl are used to glance at short blog posts, 140 words tweets and hasty tutorials. Indepth resources are rare ! And indepth resources written with a personal tone are even rarer.
