Finally was able to start prototyping my game idea I've been trying to work the past couple weeks. Turns out it isn't really fun. Guess I'll need to come up with something else to make Maybe you're just implementing it n the wrong way, or you're missing something, or using more stuff than you should. Maybe it is possible for this to be awesome with some tweaking. Actually, after thinking about it a bit more, I think I might be able to turn this into something fun, if not really original.

Got my dad to buy me Game Maker. Time to make this game happen
But... Moving my game over from SDL to SFML, I noticed a bit of a difference in the size of the dll's SDL: 1.3 MB SFML: 18.5 MB I can't help but think there's some compiler setting I could use or something to make them smaller, because this just seems ridiculous to me. EDIT: After looking into it a bit more, it seems only the MinGW dll's are big. The Visual Studio dll's are significantly smaller Am confuzzled. I was attempting to make the game in C++ and SDL first, then moved to SFML. But I was spending too much time building an engine and not a game, so I began looking for alternatives. I knew Game Maker would work, but I needed the Pro version. Then I got my dad to buy me the pro version, so now I can actually make my game. (Also I found out the reason those dll's were so big was because I was compiling debug versions)

Also their teacher (who enjoys dressing the girls up in vaguely erotic clothing, as well as feeling them up on occasion).
Oh right, forgot about Sawako PS: The main reason I watched this show was bc of Sakar's randomly changing Ritsu avatar... Just wanted to put that out there.
Thigns that rock: spicy burgers. Pepperjack cheese, fried jalapenos, and spicy salsa.

k-on
Right, so I just watched through the first season. Is it just me, or is every character in this show a total lesbian? (not that I have any problem with this... at all)Heh, that's what I thought too

Low disk space. >_>
Heh, I'm glad I don't have this problem. I have 4 drives: 1 96GB SSD, 2 1TB HDD's, and a 500GB HDD. Slipping down the stairs with a full glass. Luckily it only had water in it

Spent 10 hours with my friends. Played Black Ops, Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit, browsed YouTube, and stood in the middle of the street during a dust storm for a while.
And pre-ordered Skyrim

I don't play games that often because games I want don't come out the often. When I do play a game my free time is pretty much used exclusively to finish the game (if it's singleplayer). In the case of multiplayer games, I tend to split my free time between the games and work about even.

Check TIGS, Twitter, Facebook, etc. Open CodeBlocks Check TIGS, Twitter, Facebook, etc. Write a few lines of code. Hit compile. Doesn't work. Close CodeBlocks Check TIGS, Twitter, Facebook, etc. for rest of the day
