Just do yourself a favor and buy Harvest Moon: Tale of Two Towns, its amazing.

One ending I've got to say that wasn't rewarding was Neptunia.

Anyways that was off topic, a rewarding ending that comes to mind is after beating Harvest Moon 64 with all of the town being friends with you, and never losing an animal to sickness.

That ending was great.

Your grass tile and water tile are very difficult to read. Try making your grass tile more green.
