I really don't like any of the first four movies, except for Batman & Robin because Mr. Freeze is hilarious.

The Games Factory
I got my start with Klik & Play, the precursor to The Games Factory. I get a demo of it with Sim City 2000 when I was 8 years old, and that's where my story began, I suppose. I remember procrastinating on my dream game project being a nightmare. I'd open my game up with Klik & Play, remember all the work I had to do, and promptly closed the program. Good times.

The wheel is never perfect; all wheels can be improved and new wheels can be conceived.
I understand the importance of building upon other's work, but I'm not going to flatter them with a sense of approval if I feel that there is something to be gained by digging beneath their foundations. Something is always buried there. You might save some time by utilizing other people's work, but at the same time, you are very likely to learn something by doing it yourself.
Ultimately I am not working towards completion of some project or task; what I desire above all is to develop my skills and abilities so that, come time, my investment will pay off in the long run.
You have to ask yourself as a programmer if you are developing your project or developing yourself.
