It's fake.  Emma Frost and Mr Fantastic are confirmed as not being in.  It also doesn't have Strider and he's practically confirmed.

Yah, not having Mega Man would be an injustice, I think the world might but implode if that happened.

So what main team are you guysss going to use? I'm thinking Tron Bonne, Frank West and Captain America (or B.B hood or Deadpool or Ryu)

BB Hood, Frank West and Tron Bonne haven't even been confirmed, have they? I'm not counting on Tron Bonne (considering she's already a background character in one of the stages shown).

Frank West was kinda confirmed in one of the teaser silhouettes capcom has shown. As for Tron Bonne and B.B hood, well you never know, just because a character is in the background doesn't mean they're not playable, maybe she is only there when no one is using her.

Leaked roster?

They got the list from someone on Shoryuken who claims all the characters we're hidden in code on the flash site for marvel 3.

Marvel: Spider-Man, Hulk, Wolverine, Mr Fantastic, Captain America, Iron Man, War Machine (alternate Iron Man outfit) Elektra, Thor, X-23, Magneto, Dr Doom, Shuma-Gorath, Emma Frost, Deadpool, Super Skrull, Taskmaster, Juggernaut, She-Hulk

Capcom: Ryu, Mike Haggar, Frank West, Chuck (alternate Frank West outfit), Spencer (Bionic Commando), Dante, Chris, Morrigan, Arthur, Amaterasu , Albert Wesker, Zero, Chun-li, Viewtiful Joe, Trish, Tron Bonne, Hsien-Ko, Akuma, Felicia

No Mega Man? WTF? How can there be a MVC game without the Mega Man? No Zangeif?
List is correct so far though, and it was posted before some reveals were shown! Oh, yeah, Mike Haggar and Tron Bonne for the freaking win.

Yah, no one has the balls or talent to make good cartoons anymore.

Why the *expletive* must CGI companies use PIXAR EYES (TM)? It's not always appropriate. Not everything needs pixar eyes, it makes most things fall (deep) down into uncanny valley territory -- especially anthropomorphic characters.

Hollywood is *expletive* stupid these days. John K is so correct when he talks and rants on most 3D 'B' movies. Ugh. This stuff makes me reach for a sick bag.

I can only hope most of these movies get rejected/panned by the public so maybe we can get some good stuff.

I'm calling it-- both of these movies are going into 5%-10% on rotten tomatoes when they get released, and 1-2/5 stars on screened.com.

Street fighter X tekken just looks like Street Fighter 4 with included Tekken characters..what the hell? Street Fighter Vs. the entire Namco company would have been Waaaaayyy better. No soul caliber characters? Pass. LAME.  Hand Any Key

On the topic of MVC 3:
Does anyone else think it's way too hard to separate the characters from the backgrounds? Esp. if you were playing? It's like they didn't even try to make it easy to read, there is no contrast difference between the characters and the backgrounds.
There are even like tons of things going on in the ground...Wouldn't it be really distracting? In Marvel vs Capcom 2 it was always pretty easy to 'read' the characters on screen. ALL backgrounds they've shown so far are WAY WAY too busy.

I don't like the presentation of the interface graphics or the annoucer, they should have done something like the original Marvel vs Capcom, but updated for games today.

No one in the games industry can say they can release hits year after year and have the integrity of Pixar.

No one in the games industry could ever hope to be like the Pixar of game companies, all game studios have their flaws and evil publishers/owners and what-not.

Maybe disney interactive could if they could release some hits and make some awesome throw-back games.

Why is it that we don't have a Pixar of game companies? Maybe it could be Blizzard before they sunk 80% of their company into world of warcraft. Every game before that was such a terrific hit: Warcraft 1,2,3, starcraft, diablo 1 and 2.

The best thing you can do while you work is...work. No, really, people lose their attention to something many-many times a minute, you don't need something else distracting you.

I guess drinking something while you work is ok. I constantly drink lattes.  Crazy

Who needs the F'ing internet anyways? Oh, look--it's time to get the local news via telegraph or horse. See-ya. Also need to write a letter to someone, might not make it there because of the damn highway robbers, I just hope it will make it there with-in 4 months.

You know, you can't hacksors Heroes of newerth because the the server hides all the game data and only gives your client exactly what your client 'sees', thus making it impossible to map-hack. If you do remove the fog, you still only see what your vision allows you to.

I haven't gotten around to getting any of the weapons, I simply don't have the time.

http://dragonage.bioware.com/da2/

I hope they don't get too far away from the Baldur's gate type of experience I've come to love. They had better keep to the table-top perspective option in here!

Updated graphics...I didn't think the graphics in DA: Origins were that bad at all, aside from hideous graphical problems and glitches. I get a terrible Render Target glitch that causes an awful Red, green, and blue flicker to take over the screen - forcing me to restart DA:O every hour or so. Also polygon corruption. These problems arn't from my card -- many others have the same problems with perfectly fine systems.

Can they really make an awesome game within only a year? Tune-in to the next dragon ball Z time to find out.

Pray this doesn't end-up like NeverWinter Nights 2.
1055  Player / General / Re: Engineer on: July 07, 2010, 12:39:50 PM
And it's not like it costs money.

It's also a REALLY COOL death.

There ain't nothin' like a shiny, golden spy-crab on the floor next to your feet after you win the round and get to humiliate the other team
1056  Player / General / Re: Engineer on: July 07, 2010, 12:35:59 PM
... and so the eternal human fascination with shiny things continues to be exploited by those with would-be power at the expense of the fools of the world.

The damn thing is exactly the same as any other wrench, except that it turns enemies into an inert metal, which kills them exactly the same as any other method would. Either way they're still dead!

In short, I think the obsession over shiny engineering implements is as silly and sad as it is ultimately an unfortunate yet understandable undertaking.

But I like shiny/rare things  Shrug
1057  Player / General / Re: Engineer on: July 07, 2010, 12:04:08 PM
I mostly only play Engineer, so I've been waiting for this update for a loooonggg tiimmme.

I want a golden wrench so bad, but I know I'm not going to end up with one. Would be so fun to turn some stupid spies into gold when they least expect it.

Cross your fingers and hope to see Toucanator wind-up on the wrench list. Shocked

There was a platformer game with furry pirates on PC, I had it bundled with a graphic card, but I can't remember the name.

[EDIT] it was Claw
Not a squirrel though.

Maybe that was it, ah well, I was too young and it's too far back for me to know for sure.
1059  Player / Games / Re: Games you can't remember the names of on: July 07, 2010, 10:44:34 AM
Mr Nutz?

Maybe, probably. I can't be sure though. I can't find like a preview/trailer/commercial for it or anything on youtube.

Sorta looks like it, but I thought the game I had in mind had more attitude like sonic or something or something to do with pirates or something.

Maybe I'm thinking of zero the kamikaze squirrel, but it was so long ago, I can't remember.
1060  Player / Games / Re: Games you can't remember the names of on: July 07, 2010, 10:26:03 AM
I remember seeing a trailer for a platformer with a squirrel for win 95/ maybe DOS on PC, and it had a level editor and stuff...I will never find it again. It had like SNES quality graphics.
