Non-american citizens can attend, but they have to pass extra checks at the gate.

They clearly say that you need a green card if you are not a US citizen.

I've lived in the US for about 3 years, work and live here, but do not have a green card, ergo I can't attend.

I'll have to RSVP for some of the otherpartiesthataretriteanddull.

Any recommendations?

I appreciate your sentiments but the Xbox has been awesome to indies over it's lifecycle.

Dust, Meat Boy, Spelunky, Braid, Skullgirls... a lot of games came out that sold well for the devs.

Quite a few were released on PSN and/or PC at or around the same time though.

Just bought an Xbox360 on the cheap and the first thing I did was buying Spelunky and Fez.

I did the same thing! If you're looking to squeeze a bit more out of your XBox, I recommend the exclusive Double Fine games, ilomilo, and Super Meat Boy (I like it better than the PC version)

I didn't follow that closely but the Oculus Rift reaction video was amazing. Made me preorder a devkit; can't wait to start tinkering with it.

Got my IGS pass. First GDC for me, yay.

I can't get into Punch Quest. Feels sloppy and the art looks meh on the iPad.
