Hey at least i didnt WrItE LiKe ThIs (the worst...), rage moment And some may argue about the cons of prison against this person, but its only fair that he should pay his crimes and abuses with a severe penalty and i think losing his rights to the trademarks isnt fair, he'll never lose all the money he made, and the persons who suffered anger and sadness and deception because of Tim will never be repaid. Prison doesnt help him, Tax payers money etc, but my vision of prison was never about recovery, i think these people have lived TOO LONG under that way of thinking, the exploitation mind, i find it hard to think someone can 100% change their evil, bastardly ways. Prison = Pay back, lock im up and let him rot. Yeah everyone has a valid point, but sadly if these kind of crimes go by with such light loses, then how do the affected people feel justice? i think its too soft if he doesnt go to prison... ill never understand these sue maniac-spree that is lived in USA, specially these trademark thing and some other weird lawsuits that i hear around. Also, i dont buy that repent thing, HAH! IMHO, a joke.

So if someone ruins a year of work on a software YOU MADE, sweating and thinking, then you WORK yourself to publish it on the Apple Store, u start making some money, then some fuck comes out from nowhere, makes u lose that right to sell YOUR work, and in reality you just lost your right to sell your work because SOME ASS actually committed a CRIME to gain a legal right to INJUSTIFIED fuck your work, so tell me again how this person doesnt need prison? He fucks people's work in the dark side of the law, commited a crime to get behind those dark side of the law, and many people payed him for NOTHING for "owning the mark EDGE" seriously? no prison? holy...
Cause all in all i dont think that even if Tim had LEGALLY the mark "EDGE" it isnt LOGICAL and RIGHT that anything using EDGE had to be under his license, its fucking stupid, legally it has a reason, in reality its fucking stupid, it makes no sense at all on the smart thinking side, Oh look i own the mark EDGE, so suddenly anything using that name has to pay me a license cause.... i own mark. nah, even Apple, ok Apple, TimeApple (a clock shaped like an Apple) will Apple sue? no, its fucking pointless and it isnt right.... can they sue them? Yes, hell yeah, you own Apple? He used "Apple"? SUED. GUILTY of something i dont understand, Tim would sue them and the judges would find guilty on the poor Clock fella.
Hell, i would be REALLY pissed, traumatized , so i guess i made a long rant on a very sad experience someone had to live, luckily i havent.

Sad part is that justice is served when money is spent, luckily for EA they spent it, got their lawyers reading and did what was right. I remember reading about that Iphone game programer who lost his game or something in the Iphone store because of this asshole, and it makes me sad to remember that justice works according to what is on the table, served by the parts, justice doesnt move too much on its own.

Amazed noone mentioned Darwinia, you know the green guys from the Uplink devs. that game left some serious tears on me. the ending and the whole concept of Darwinia killed me. Sooo... ---> cant remember really the details, but its all about how u start playing and ur ignorant of the whole Darwinia culture, then in the end u see how the darwinians thought of their dev, how they lived, what they did etc. and then u realize that everything u've seen and how the gameplay worked was mixed with ur new discovery of darwinian culture... its simple amazing, i mean eeeevery lil detail and every meaning behind it all was just amazing, its the only game that has marked such a strong memory on mei wonder if im alone here, since i havent seen anyone talk about darwinia in any forum with the feeling i do
