your anatomy is pretty screwed up bro. and not in a good way. he has no crotch, his arm is way too long, the outlines are an odd thickness, the head is really weird (super long nose, eyes on his forehead, ears way too high) and lastly, the whole thing is just begging to be shaded. cellshading would work just fine, actually probably be better than anything else.

i was thinking he would walk around slowly while his theme plays and anyone who gets near would get grabbed and attacked. if left alone for a few seconds he starts teleporting and attacking more

i hated reverb too.
but seriously, i really didn't like the ending. it was easy to predict and gave no closure to all the buildup and horror surrounding the dialogue. the only thing i liked was the exposition about the box, but it definitely could've been done way better.

delmore- get wilder with your colours. with a few reservations standard grey is pretty bleh. some basic hue shifting would look great and more complex stuff could look incredible.

I love lowpoly 3d art. but yeah, pixel are is art that is entirely drawn on a pixel level. odin sphere clearly used some kind of art program airbrushing stuff. thats not to say it doesn't look amazing, it just clearly wasn't drawn on a pixel level nor could it be replicated on a pixel level with any level of efficiency. out of this world was definitely drawn on a pixel level, just with a heavy focus on animation.
