i made a small colour edit which is mostly unnoticeable but much easier to work with.
also,

aside from the obvious it had almost double the colours the idle had. not done, clearly

i admit i overdid it a bit but dex's colours are always really dull even in a lively piece. it makes it look flat and boring

tbh that looks bad kyn. he looks completely emotionless and unfocused on whatever's going on (not to mention he's facing an odd angle) and his stance is extremely stiff.
