Today, I was with a friend who claims that "If I played the music I listened to, you would all run away screaming." In reference to death metal maybe.

I played a few of the various bands TB has posted, and he said "Damn dude, turn that down. I don't listen to dark shit like that."

It made me laugh.

I could go on and on.

Going to radioshack to get project parts, and having the person working have NO FUCKING IDEA ABOUT ELECTRONICS.

Ever since I joined TIGS, my expectations from media has gone up a thousandfold.

I have been called a film snob 3 separate times today.

Once for saying that Avatar was only a pretty tech demo.

Again for saying that 2001 was a great movie.

And the third time for saying Citizen Kane is a great movie.

 

Today, I said that TF2 looks great.

A good friend of mine said in reply, "Of course you would think that Tanner, you spend all day looking at shitty indie games."

I only died a little on the inside.

Don't get me wrong, season 4 was pretty great, but its near the bottom of the list

1>3>2>4

Everyone I know who watches Dexter thinks four is the best thus far (Obviously after season 1) but I didn't think it was that great. Sure the end was neat, and trinity was cool but I felt that it wasn't paced right. Maybe I would have a different opinion if I had watched it on a weekly basis, instead of all at once.
