I was originally not going to post it but I couldn't resist as now I'm almost sick of them.

see dex i called it
i said this would happen(although he's not a bad spriter but still)

ssssssssssssssssuck it
I'm Souly from pixeljoint by the way.
Yours were just next to it in comparison.

And I had been doing photo manipulations of real life pokémon.
That is what really made me want to sprite this.
Your new sprites just inspired me to go through with it.

Jumped the band wagon, though decided not to go with the original design for Charmander.

YARR SHADING

i found it didn't look too different from the original so i decided as i previewed the post, to work it up more

still a bit worried of the shading looking TOO soft

i think ill stop fixing it for a bit

Lol I just noticed a few people before me had also done edits.
This isn't the most "amazing" edit
I think the mask is probably better then the rest of my edit.

Gothic space ships?

I'm pretty sure I know exactly how this game is going to work. But that has happened many times in the past, too... I tend to plan things out, get most of the graphics done, then quit and move on to something different. It's a problem.
Reminds me of some of my older stuff.

Cool cool, carry on.
Do not be afraid to make more just because you don't have some programmer.

School homework, I have to create a concept for a mask which has properties of a stonefly.

Marker render

Lately I've had artistic block...
So I've been just doing random colored pieces with highlighters.

Brilliant, I like the use of silhouettes for the enemies.
Noticed the helicopter blades dont rotate, Im sure that will come in the end version.

Got some really ace backgrounds going on, and some beauty explosions.

When I watched the game play video I was reminded of a game called Jet Engine Nights.

Must just be the colorful skies you are using.

I wish that she was joking, but she really is making a plushy. Facepalm
It should have a hat and bling like the fan pic.

After being inspired by Bones awesome picture. Beer!
I felt that concept had to be brought to some sort of life.
So I present Air Samurai[working title] a game about flying though the air and chopping down WWII paratroopers

Also Bones if you have any problem with my going off your idea/concept, let me know and I'll move on to another idea. Gentleman

No no, I approve highly of this game.  Hand Metal LeftNoirHand Joystick
I love that the parachutes take off with the top halves of the body it's priceless.
Maybe if you hit parachutes you can get all tangled.

I'm thinking for the end, you should like hit the ground, and then all the body parts you cut off should like fall onto the ground.

And you should maybe jump off the guys without parachutes?

After being inspired by Bones awesome
I approve muchly of this game, if I didn't do it myself I'm glad someone else did.

STROKE of brilliance! maybe not
If anyone decided to work more on this and make it more then it is. Yawn

When you die, you should have become the little squirt with smaller jumps or no double jump.
Whatever I still think it would be awesome and explain re-spawn.

Maybe the operator could wobble the screen with spacebar? with a delay as not to get out of hand like maybe once a round.

When small you could do such things as;
-Fit into small holes and get the food in the spike rooms?
-Keep any food your predecessor fed you
-Be jumped on and then eaten by the bigger player?

Perhaps you could waste a food item? and puke on the floor, and make a puddle that could stick your opponent for two jump or so if that makes sense.

Also one level you get stuck at the top but yes indie ftw.  Gentleman
I kind of feel I could have brought more to the table, tile wise and sprite wise but im generally satisfied with this I opened game maker when I got home today but didn't do anything... Sad
