No, that very much doesn't work. I cleaned up the code a bit and now it's just...everytime I collide with the enemy, I kill it and jump, if I'm hitting it's side, I get hurt too. I think the problem is I'm colliding with the y position for me to stomp, and the x position for me to get hurt. But the stomping when jumping ON them works fine now.

if place_meeting(x,y-1,obj_enemy) { vspeed =-5 } Look at this mess. If I touch the enemy, I get sent into the air, Mario-style--but I didn't even jump on it. What's this? I jump on the enemy? I jump off of it too, and get hurt. :O Heeeeeeeelp~

Hey, I made a nice update! The title will say this for a day. Alright, so here's the deal. I added a new player sprite (very much thanks to Bones), just take a look!  Also, added bats, although they don't hang from walls or anything YET. Adding that very sooon~  See the video for proof of awesomeness. Updated the story.
Once I get this enemy that I'm coding to be finished, I'll release the video, and there will be updates to the development every day (at least, I'll try to do that as well as I can).

My neighbor that I fix computer problems for uses IE6 and NetZero dialup.
Do you know how hard it is to help her when updating her Adobe Acrobat takes 12 hours? Not even kidding.

Some should get stunned, sure why not? BTW, nice engine you've got there why is the frog sprite I gave you not in it?  Oh look, more hats or family members and enemy things. I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your friend, I've lost a few family members so I can relate.  Also, here are some graphics and stuff. I thought it'd be funny if the robot had a beard like Carl nut don't mind my humor. I like randomly giving you graphics, your simple concept art was easy to translate into pixels. Yep, I tried to make it simple. Great, great, graphics. If you weren't working on your own game, I'd ask you to become my artist  Also, your sprite isn't implented because the robot/frog tagteam type playing isn't ready yet. Also, the hats. You've unlocked a little secret feature I was planning to add in. I'm just hinting at it, but it's not as simple as you thiiink.  I see that you play TF2, since those hats are from the game.
