Just played the first act of Kentucky Route Zero, now that I'm finally done with school. It was pretty incredible. Waiting at least a day for it to sink in before I do Act II.

The problem with old AAA games is that they age fast They have little to no replay value, which means they're rarely worth the full $60+ in my view. I wait a few months, or a year, before I get my hands on most games. All the compulsively playable games I know of are not high budget. Blood Money is probably one of the most replayable AAA games I can think of.

I can totally get behind the reasoning of not wanting to play another stealth game. Worth noting: Blood Money has aged remarkably well and still looks danged nice. Also, The Last of Us is largely a stealth game.

Last night I played and completed Save the Date. I really liked it!
I've been playing Spelunky and Pacman CE DX on my girlfriend's Xbox, since the fraternity one can't hook up to the internet to verify my files. I haven't played either in months and it feels GREAT. Got to Ice Caves on my second try, and Pacman plays as great as it ever did. Man, I love those games.
