I like DLC when:
-It's not too expensive.
-It's not available at launch.
-It's not on the disc.
-It's not overkill.* (e.g. 40 weeks of DLC for Saints Row 3)
*Free DLC is exempt from this rule.

I would love if...
-the game was harder, the helpers aren't very needed because of it and there should be some sort of risk-award by using them (e.g. losing a bit of health)
-more weapons and power ups.

It could be a TDS about a musician trapped in an old auditorium or something and he fights ghosts and cool stuff with a spooky atmosphere ala Silent Hill 2.
