Marble Arena 2 is one of those latest and greatest creations i mentioned in the mandatory introduction thread, that took countless hours of staring into a monitor and hammering on a keyboard.

It's a family friendly, physics based, free 3D marble game, with vibrant and colorful HD graphics, fun and addictive gameplay (or so we hope), and an easy to use built-in editor for creating custom levels.

There's singleplayer fun but there's also multiplayer mayhem if you fancy a round of bumping into your friends in a virtual environment.

You can play it on Windows, Linux or Mac OS X.

The game has been featured on the Mac App Store as new and noteworthy and it's currently the #1 free game in 30+ countries including the US (i sure like to brag, don't i).

Well, there's a reason for all this bragging. The game was sitting in the app store for about 2 weeks before Apple picked it up. It wasn't doing all that well prior, but once it was featured on the front page it exploded, and people do seem to like it as we're getting pretty good reviews.

We have no idea how to get it to reach a wider audience on Windows or Linux though. I've posted it on many sites, and posted several press releases, but the impact those had was really nothing compared to the mac app store.

Try out the game, and if you like it, do play it since it's free and the more the merrier, but we'd also really love any kind of suggestions as to how to make it more visible for windows players.
