Lots of people posing as if they don't like the site or games but haven't been able to offer one attempt at a critique or explanation. Almost as if they don't have any real opinions and would rather cast off the offerings as beneath them. I think pretending to dislike things is worse than pretending to like them.

A game is some combination of the following indivisable elements: - skeleton - red key - score thing - magic door

Yeah, I played two games so far and they felt more or less identical. Even the random events were simply "your sensors don't work here" or "you need to fight this guy". I was expecting more Starflight styled environment interactions, like trying to take telemetry readings while maintaining a steady orbit, and more immersive events than "help the stranded spaceman, y/n".

Eskil's Love is now free: http://www.quelsolaar.com/I paid for a couple of months when it was first released. I liked it, just wasn't interesting enough and didn't have enough content to warrant the monthly fee. should be interesting to try it again to see what's changed. I enjoyed this game a lot when it was first available, but yeah, there wasn't much content to 'do', and was always very challenging to actually coordinate with people.

So only like 55 of my 75 followers are real. The rest are bots or Paul Eres.
Do other people have similar ratios here?

It is a bad show with awful writing and dumb characters and the weakest most trivial attempts at paying homage to Shakespeare

The problem with using those wiki pages as resources is that a lot of them (like hyperspace) are just lists of how other science fiction franchises implement them.
What's more, unless you're doing Hard Scifi, realistic implementation of (technology/aliens/physics quirks) isn't anywhere near as important or interesting as what is initiated by it.
