Hi I'm making a game inspired by Anodyne. (A good game) And this is my devlog for it. A few sprites aren't finished and there isn't any music. (I'm bad at making music) So here are a few pictures. The second level looks like a dinosaur hey you need to link to the exact file - so that would be http://i.imgur.com/zCeZuRW.png in this case.

I like the player's death sequence. I've always loved it when games centered on the player sprite, made everything else dark and made it dramatic.
thank u! we stole it from matroid, but it works well.

Developer / Audio / good mp3 dumping sites? not tindeck or soundcloud or dropbox

soundcloud i'd run into the 2 hour limit eventually and this is for daily sketches I don't care about. tindeck playback on new tracks is completely broken.
my go-to atm is dropbox but i dont really want to store this stuff in dropbox
thanksss
i'm okay with paying a yearly fee for unlimited storage (not soundcloud, too expensive for the storage cost and i dont need the analytics for these songs)

planned things soon...finish that beach area entirely, finish the debug tileset of the last main The Ocean dngeons...and everyhting else, ah, so much work
showed the game really briefly and had one tester at Indie City Games today, which was nice. General feedback from playtesting is that the dynamic feeling of the enrgy bar really is felt and that's nice. So that each room doesn't feel static in its solution.
