Oh, this is gorgeous. Following on Twitter and Tumblr! I really need to set that IndieDB account up now...
I especially like that purple screenshot at the bottom of the OP. I'm not really an FPS player, so the idea of trying to rethink it and improve upon the concept is definitely interesting to me, to see if it can change my mind. Very pretty, either way.

Agreed. Stretch goals are good. Hurry, before you're fully funded by the original request! Wow, though. Another 10k since last time I checked. And on the front page. You guys are amazing. I'm so happy for you.

Well, look at that. That's how bad I've been at keeping up. I sent you that tweet the other day without even knowing that you guys have got a thread on here, and you even mentioned our name. This has definitely been improving! I still find some of the older stuff, like the big ship in front creating the track, really clever, but I didn't know that someone else can actually control it too. That's really awesome. Not sure if the vehicle had those headlights the last time I saw this. That's a nice detail. You guys need to update a bit more often, anyhow! Good luck!

Can I ask for a build now without being sure about when I have time to play?

Oh, right, IndieDB. Another place we need to register at. How does it work over there? If we set up an account, can we somehow "follow" you?
I'll keep checking in every so often, anyhow. Good luck!

Aw, too bad. I'd prefer a name that's still one word, though, because that's very elegant and memorable.
I'd say keep the old project and rename it. Just make sure you keep spamming out to your current followers via Twitter and TIG and whatnot, so that everyone is safely aware of the change. Do this for a week at least, probably, and then change the name. Use the time to come up with a new one, unless you're already sure about Road One.
It could have been worse! I don't think this is that big of a deal. Just make very sure people are made aware about this. Some sort of transitional period.

Congratulations! I hope you do well I always wonder why don't these guys make their own games if they know so much Sorry for nitpicking but that is never a good argument against anyone (not to mean that it wasn't silly that people whine over everything). Criticism can be given without the know-how to replicate whatever is being criticized. +1

Well im thinking of three (possibly more) switchable modes, you see your hand with a fly swatter ,(sorry Peta )
One to write notes in the world, draw stuff.
Then your phone , with which you take your "Selfie" That selfie part is going to feel so weird on the oculus, where you're supposed to feel like you're in the game yourself, but then see someone else's face in the camera, haha. Hoping to have the most advanced fly ecology "eva", best fly ai, breeding , all kind of stuff.. <3 While I am busy with my own game, this sounds like fun, and I'd definitely love to try to experiment with it, and so I can easily put my own game temporarily aside to have a peek; the only thing currently getting in the way is economy, though, and I have jobs that I need to finish (for the current one, I have to crunch now before Thursday). Much of it boils down to whether I can seal this neat deal with someone or not, within the nearest days, hopefully. But I'd definitely have fun after Thursday, depending on whether my customer is happy with the product, to try some of this stuff out, and see what I can do. The main requirement is someone with an imagination and a messed up sense of humor, alot of programmers just dont get it :| Haha, wow, you should see the secret backstories of our game, and the sick film scripts and stuff we've written before. There's a reason I was drawn to this project from the start. I love doing stuff like this. The fact that games are art. The fact, yes!

Oh, that is so great. Would be lovely to see deliberately chosen messages that might give the player more context. fly swatting MINI GAME, WITH HUNDREDS OF FLIES, AND COMBO KILLS :D Haha, does that mean that there will simply be flies in the room, with a fly swatter at hand on the desk, that the player may choose to pick up at free will, or what? btw, can you program in Unity ? I have made a Breakout clone, a visual novel, and some 3D tests in Unity, so I know my way around. I don't have an immensely heavy experience with Unity specifically, but I do, of course, have a good decade of general game programming on my back, and do, like I said, know my way around Unity. I'd say I can probably work it, at least programmatically, yeah. Do you need some help?

Welcome!
This looks cool. It sounds ambitious, too. How much time do you expect to be spending on it? The chosen art style is nice, as is the world design. The mechanics seem fun too. Great to hear that you've got a story that reaches beyond two paragraphs as well.
It's hard to say too much at this point, but the initial premise is good. Great first expression.
Get some more work done, and I'll keep checking in! Any Twitter account or the like?

Hello I'm the Michael guy the wonderful Rainworld devs were talking about before, and DevMicco on the twitch stream chat. I help indie people bring their games to the public.
Nice! Such secrecy, though. What are your methods?
