Thanks! I'm very humbl'd. Siska I really love your unique funny art style and this make people happy!!!!! If this game is going somehow flop.. then please make cartoon!
I've got good news & good news for you. The good news is it's not going to flop, and the good news is I have some old cartoons of mine on my YouTube channel...and if somehow you should want to see more, just look up Gundarr, a web series I did with my best friend.

I'm a huge fan of the EWJ series and since this game is in the vein of it, I can suspect there will be plenty of puns and wacky moments yes?
I may not go too crazy with the puns, & if I do, they might not be obvious. For example, these birds for now are just part of the background, I may never come out and say what their names are in game. But Cloudface overall has a whacky, whimsical tone. It's not going to be exactly like EWJ's but I'm sure there will be similarities, since I love that game. The world & characters are going to feel 'random' but there is an underlying structure to all of it.

Holding CTRL + arrow keys to shoot is way too clunky. You should maybe consider a Binding of Isaac style control/shooting scheme.
Other than that I would tend to agree with eigenbom's feedback. Feels like it could go in any direction.

The sheer whimsy of the design in this makes me happy.  I'm expecting the best idle animations ever.  I've purposely not started the idle anims yet because they'll probably be the most fun. Trying to save the best for last

I loved the first one  and man, how long did you take to make the character animations ? They look great! Thanks! Those took quite a while, but only because I would work on them like half an hour or so every night because I was working 2 jobs and doing some pixel animation for Traversia for Matt. I'm usually a quick animator, so it was interesting to work on something like that at such a slow pace. The part that takes the longest is the color, as I have different line colors for different parts of his body. Oh, and the tie stripes take a while
