I was doing a run where I just deny everyone except cobrastan and people that are ballsy enough to walk up without a passport and I got a bunch of writeups for denying people that aren't supposed to be, which is expected of course, but on the third day I got a writeup for "Invalid News0" and "Invalid News1" after denying the third or fourth person in a row.
