I'm Bruce from Ludochip. We're super excited to announce that Cubetractor, the IGF China Best Game Award 2012, is out on Steam!

Cubetractor is a neo-retroesque action-strategy-puzzle hybrid where you defeat enemies through an unconventional cube-pulling, turret-buildling mechanic.

You can get it on Steam now!

It's a pretty hardcore action-puzzle-strategy game. There's a free demo available too! Let us know how we did!

Hello I'm Bruce from Singapore. My main skill is programming although I also dabble a little in music and sfx and I'm starting to learn more about game design and art.

Previously, I worked in the Singapore-MIT Gambit Game Lab and on the game CarneyVale:Showtime ( http://gambit.mit.edu/loadgame/showtime.php ). Now, like many of you, I'm trying to make a living making indie games in a company I co-founded called Ludochip ( http://www.ludochip.com/ ). We made a game called Cubetractor which won the IGF China 2012 and recently released on Steam.

I'm personally interested in making games with new and interesting mechanics. We like to call it refreshing gameplay. I'd really like to be able to make good games for a living. I think we all do.

Some of my favourite games include Rockman series, Chrono Trigger, Zelda, Final Fantasy Tactics. Admittedly, sometimes I feel like I'm living in the past. I don't enjoy many games of this age, especially not the F2Ps. However, I do like new indie multiplayer games a lot, especially those with co-op are very refreshing such as Monaco or Trine 2 or Left 4 Dead. It's probably true that I prefer co-op games over competitive ones, but I still love a good fight in Street Fighter.

Anyway, cheers to making better games! And nice to meet you all!
