Developer / Audio / I need some legal help

Since I am jobless and moneyless:
1. I can't afford a better music program 2. I can't afford anything for that matter 3. I'd like to start making music for a profit
I mainly use PXTone to write my music.
Would there be any legal issues in using this program for a profit since it is free? I have tried contacting Pixel, but I can't find a way to.

Game Title is La-Mulana Fixed. @Twilight: As I was saying, I think it should be an age rating. When you think about it, gaming skilol coincides with age. When I was young, I couldn't get past many simple things I can do now.

Well, unlike Cave Story, La-Mulana was never known for its smooth controls and gameplay.
Yes it is known for giving you the middle finger and leaving you to die in a maze of spikes and puzzles.

I downloaded this today. I'm really enjoying it... All 6 hours of the second level, haha. I'm ashamed. Normally I'm better at shooters than this!

- When you go through a rediculously hard level, avoiding all sorts of death traps, be it bullets, demons, ex-wives, or whatever. After many, many deaths, you finally get to the end of a level, only to be killed in a cutscene.

Hidden / Unpaid Work / Looking For a Creative Writer?
|
on: June 14, 2010, 09:12:45 AM

While I am an experienced composer, my ultimate goal in life is to get into the film business. This being said, I'm looking to build up my creative writing skills and gain writing experience by writing a story for a game that needs it. I don't have anything official to show people, but I have worked on some really cool, dark scripts with plot twists that I don't think anyone would see coming, but I can also do scripts for other genres. So, if anyone needs a game that needs a solid story, I'd love to help.

I'm assuming the gravity in this level will shift at certain points. Here's my approach to the level: --- vvv --- (ceiling)
-- --
^^^ --- ^^^ (floor)
When falling into the gaps in the floor, the player comes out the gaps in the ceiling. And when (if) the gravity switches, the effect would be vice versa.

* When your giant mech suit can take blasts from giant cannons, but it is ultimately wee little humans that kill you with their machine guns. (CYBERNATOR)
* When giving the small, attack-less enemy next to you a pat on the back and you fly back, most likely off of a cliff or into a bottomless pit.
* When you can traverse a castle of death, kill giant beasts, save the world, get a hot princess, and the thing that manages to kill you is the smallest enemy in the game that has been programmed to float around.
